Culture change takes time and begins on Day 1. Our new officer/employee training is a 4-Hour course for sworn and non-sworn members within first responder communities. During this course, our instructors present on mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness and provide key takeaways for building and maintaining resilience.
