During this powerful two-day course our team dives deeper into the four areas of wellness to provide further application of each concept. Additional topics include mitigating stress, nutrition, sleep, financial wellness, and concepts for families and relationships.
This course follows a workshop format that allows time for individual and organizational assessments to include an optional evening session designed for individual and small group connections. Additionally, this course provides comprehensive and practical takeaways for all ranks and positions within police and first responder communities.
